Banff Springs 125th Celebration

In 2013 The Fairmont Banff Springs, "Canada's Castle in the Rockies" will celebrate 125 years of legendary hospitality. Opened in 1888, the landmark hotel was the inspiration of Sir William Cornelius Van Horne, 19th century railway pioneer and hotel visionary. Anniversary celebrations will run year long including special events, exclusive offers, community engagement and much more.

Banff Centre Speaker Series - Oliver Stone

The Banff Centre presents a rare one-on-one in person conversation with Academy Award winning director, producer and screenwriter Oliver Stone, who will be interviewed by the Globe and Mail's featured columnist and new Banff Centre Globe Canada correspondent Ian Brown, followed by an audience question and answer period.
